Legal Expert - Vientiane (LAOS) Skymediator

Skymediator is looking for a legal expert in charge of the customer service of the company based in Vientiane, capital of Laos.
Skymediator is specialized to help airline passengers who have been affected by the cancellation, overbooking or serious delay of their flight to obtain compensation.

Offer description
You would be joining a recently created company whose ambition is to be the best representative for the victims of airline problems (cancellation, delay, overbooking, for more information check on our website:http://www.skymediator.com). All the way, you will have a key role and will be in charge of multiple missions.

Key responsibilities

•    Inform airline passengers about their rights in case of cancellation, delay or overbooking
•     Check whether the clients are eligible for the Skymediator’s offer
•     Administrative and legal monitoring of the claimes received
•     Legal watch for the society

This list is not exhaustive.
A training will be done by the company.

Position requirements

•    Junior
•     In priority bilingual French/English or French/German
•     A 3rd language would be an asset
•     Master’s degree in Law
•     Job based in Vientiane, capital of Laos. We deliver work permit
•     Available immediately
•     Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and orally language
•     Autonomous
•     Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Salary

•     Fixed salary (2000-3500$) and commission according to profile
•     Local permanent contract
