Women Win Job Opening: Fundraising Manager

Fundraising Manager
Women Win (WW) is recognised as a leading global organisation using sport as a strategy to advance girls’ and women’s rights. At Women Win, we envision a world where women and girls are strong leaders and agents of change in their communities. Women Win believes that every adolescent girl is entitled to actualise her full potential. Sport can offer a girl a place to develop skills and knowledge that translate to life off the field - how to assert herself, use her voice, make decisions, call the shots. In other words, her ‘wins’ ON the field, are ‘wins’ OFF the field also. As more girls are afforded opportunities to play, practicing leadership and building these ‘life muscles’, a collective impact is realised - a generation of girls will have increased power to change their lives. It is a phenomenon with epic possibilities.
As a small but fast moving organisation, Women Win is looking for team members that are flexible, assertive, able to multitask and prioritize, solve problems proactively – and of course do all that with a sense of humour. Being part of this team demands passion for girls’ empowerment, an inquisitive nature, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people of all cultures and backgrounds.
