Our operations are located across the mineral-rich Bushveld Complex of South Africa's North West and Mpumalanga provinces, where we employ over 12 300 people. In line with South Africa's Mining

We have the following opportunity for a career-minded individual based in the West - Rustenburg area:
HRD Practitioner (Assessor) - Instrumentation

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Group Moderator, the successful candidate will design and develop Learnership material as required, for continual improvement of set processes and procedures, conduct on-the-job assessments of Learners to determine level of competency, as well as submit reports and keep records of all assessment activities completed. In addition, he/she will develop Engineering Learners by means of theoretical and practical evaluation, coach learners in the various trades and assume responsibility for all standards and processes related to on-the-job training at the operations. Further functions include managing and controlling all administration duties associated with the area of responsibility and ensuring that training facilities and equipment are maintained in a good state of repair by conducting inspection safety audits in the area of responsibility.

Requirements: Candidates must have an N3 with applicable subjects and 5 years' post-artisan mining experience of which 3 years must have been as HRD Assessor. It is essential that applicants be
qualified Artisans in the applicable trade as well as qualified and registered Assessors (NQF Level 5). Knowledge of MQA processes and procedures and full commitment to Sustainable Development
policies and procedures, including OHSA and MHSA are imperative. An HRD diploma or related NQF Level 5 qualification and being a qualified and registered Moderator will be advantageous. A driver's
licence and own transport complete the profile. The company offers a competitive salary, as well as contributions towards Medical Aid Fund
