Economic researcher / consultant for our business unit "eHealth"

The position offers opportunities to take responsibility for policy and strategy development, socio-economic impact assessment, business modelling, and to address current research issues in the field of ICT in healthcare. The work involves direct contact with a range of international partners and clients, including the European Commission, industry, healthcare service providers and academics. You will be expected to be able to apply sound theoretical principles to real life situations, and to lead projects contributing to the future development of healthcare in the EU and beyond.

Your profile should include:

• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Educational background in economics, management, business/public administration, health/social/political sciences, or a related subject (PhD or M.A. + relevant experience).
• Strong conceptual thinking with a good feel for economic issues.
• Interest in teamwork and international collaboration.
• Experience in project leadership and international networking
