We are recruiting a talented individual with expertise in telecommunications regulation to work in our Brussels office on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• closely monitoring and reporting on regulatory developments affecting the telecommunications sector at European Union and national levels (Western and Eastern Europe)
• contributing your expert knowledge of telecommunications regulation to Cullen International's regular reports and client research
• building close working relationships with clients and industry experts
• answering enquiries from clients in industry and regulatory authorities
• developing and delivering programmes for Cullen International’s training service
• external presentations of Cullen International research at conferences

You:

• have a very good knowledge of telecommunications regulation
• have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify critical trends and to review emerging issues objectively
• are an independent expert writer - you write clearly and concisely, and your work needs minimal editing before publication
• speak clearly and to the point about telecommunications regulation
• have good interpersonal skills
• are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• can provide an ongoing commitment to excellence in all areas of your work, so that we can continue to deliver the high standards our clients expect
