Our Secretariat is based in Oxford, with advocacy and campaigns offices in Washington DC, New York, Brussels, Geneva, Addis Ababa and Brasilia.

This post will be part of the OI Secretariat Advocacy and Campaigns team and based in Oxford.

Are you a strategic thinker, with a strong skill set and experience in monitoring and evaluation? This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to work with Oxfam’s global campaigning advocacy teams to strengthen our global campaigning and advocacy. You’ll play a leading role in our monitoring and evaluation work, primarily for our work on aid and in the emerging economies. You will also facilitate global learning and collaboration among Oxfam staff working on Monitoring Evaluation and Learning MEL for campaigns.

Fluency in English required and competence in French and/or Spanish is desirable.

The post holder must have the legal right to be employed in the UK.
