National consultan-Evaluation Specialist/OHR
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) implemented an exit questionnaire for staff members leaving the organisation. A survey was set-up and the completion of the questionnaire was implemented as a regular step among other procedures for separation. The questionnaire was developed based on a model of the UN System and comprises a lot of information about the leaving staff members. UNDP/OHR is interested in learning as much as possible from these data and seeks a specialist to help develop the design of the analysis of the data that is meaningful and empower OHR to translate these into measures that might decrease the need of highly qualified staff members’, especially women, to leave the organisation. OHR’s Staff Well being Unit launches various pilot projects and is interested in establishing base lines to become able to measure the impact of these pilot projects: back-up care for children of staff members based in NY, on-line prevention of burn-out for the global workforce, and the joint project with OHR’s Learning Resources Center (LRC) of supporting recourse facilitators in the framework of UNDP’s new performance Appraisal System. The consultant will work under guidance from the Chief of the Gender and Diversity Unit and the Chief of the Staff Well Being Unit of UNDP’s Office of Human Resources. For this reason, UNDP is seeking a consultant to provide analytical support for the above mentioned tasks.
