CA Global: Africa Infrastructure (International Positions) has a client that is in need of a Proposal Engineer - Qatar projects. The position is based in the Qatar.
Overview
The proposal engineer will take charge of evaluating, preparing and delivering on bids and proposals on behalf of the company. Reporting to the Proposal Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Solid hands on experience in the technical evaluation of project proposals
• Competency in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Experience in compiling tenders submissions
• Experience in the preparation of consultancy contracts/agreement
• Adept experience in preparation of presentations
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
• Previous experiences in working with engineering consultants
• Total 5 working years’ experience with GCC experience preferred
• Written & Oral English language is essential
• Knowledgeable in FIDIC will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
