As a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour, you will have a strong research record and will be able to demonstrate your ability and enthusiasm to contribute positively to the research output, reputation and educational activities of the Department and the School.

Enthusiastic about student centred pedagogy, you will contribute to education delivery in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at all levels and make a significant contribution to the Department's Research and Enterprise strategy.

You will be PhD qualified, research active and committed to a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
