Training and Development Consultant, English Engage, Pakistan, based Islamabad / Lahore (initially based in Islamabad)

Salary: £26,714 per annum plus benefits (including free accommodation, pension provision and medical insurance)

Contract: Two year fixed term contracts

We are looking to recruit two English language specialists to provide efficient and effective management of English language services supporting learners, trainers and teachers and thereby making a significant contribution to the development and expansion of the business through partnerships in country and regionally. These new posts will make a significant contribution to the strategic and financial objectives in English in Bangladesh and Pakistan.

You will have: a DELTA or Trinity Diploma in TESOL; a proven track record in English Language teaching and Teacher/Trainer training and skills in project and contract management. It is desirable that you have: a Masters in ELT / TESOL; a qualification in project management or monitoring and evaluation (Pakistan) or using ICT in Education (Bangladesh); understanding and practical experience of online / digital content development.
