Assistant Customer Solution Manager

Description

Be responsible for dimensioning of MSS/IMS/HLR/UDC/BSC.

Write Statement of Compliance to the Customer Request for Quotation.

Perform offer and contract analysis in order to document new feature requirement not covered by the product program.

To be responsible for Product Management questions related to customers in the defined geographical area.

Conduct technical discussions with the customer in order to assemble product-related information from the market to be used in the planning process.
Help the customers to get more knowledge about Ericssons' products by holding, seminars and presentations of new or enhanced products and functionality.
To organize product seminars and customers meetings include giving product presentations.
To learn and gather enough knowledge and experience to reach higher level requirement of product management.

Qualifications

MSc/BSc in electronics / telecommunications engineering, computer science or equivalent
Experience in the telecommunication area for at least 1-3 years.
Good customer understanding and marketing skills
Good working knowledge in English
