End evaluation of FAST project
Oxfam GB works in more than 80 countries to provide people with the support they need to overcome poverty and suffering.
Oxfam GB has been working to reduce poverty and suffering and implementing development and disaster response programme in Bangladesh since the War of Independence (1971) and esteblish our permanent country office in 1972. We are committed to ensuring diversity and gender equitey within our organisation and do not discriminate against applicants or employees based on their HIV/AIDS status.
Oxfam is planning to conduct the end evaluation of one of its Emergency Food Security and Livelihood Support in the cyclone Aila affected region in Bangladesh.
We invite proposals from interested individuals to undertake this assignment:
· The Consultant must separately the following:
· Technical proposal, which outlines understanding of the TOR, proposed methodology and outline of similar exercises done in the past.
· The Consultant must attach CVs of all Consultants.
· Financial proposal that outlines the fees and associated costs as well as the preferred payment methods/schedules.
· The consultant must budget for all costs (including VAT) and provide budget notes.
· Consultant should indicate the ability to pre-finance start up costs.
