Position Summary: Relief International (RI) is currently recruiting a Project Manager for an anticipated USAID-funded program in Haiti for the Construction of Permanent Shelter Houses on the Caracol EKAM site in the Cap Haitien Development Corridor Shelter Program. The program will serve to meet the backlog of shelter that exists as a result of the 2010 earthquake by increasing IDP access to safe, durable and affordable housing within development corridors in Haiti. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination of construction activities, schedule, and documentation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Coordinate construction activities and schedule • Coordinate documentation of all documents related to the construction activities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment. • Background in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management • At least 10 years experience in the construction industry, three of them in a managerial position • Experience working on similar construction projects, and/or on projects of similar size and cost • Ability to speak Creole and French; Ability to speak English is highly desirable

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
