• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or BA in other field and a Post‐Graduate Diploma in Education)
• 5 years experience in school leadership positions
• Ability to build a team and shared vision among staff and students
• Strong human resources manager
• Interest in and love for adolescent girls from all types of backgrounds
• Mentor/role model for girls
• Strong experience or interest in entrepreneurship/business development and student‐centered learning
• Self-initiating, flexible and persevering

This unique school is a legally registered
secondary school( located in Mkundi,
Morogoro Municipal, )
operating since 2010
which is still under development (goal
to complete the campus for Forms I‐VI
by 2015). In 2012 the school will have
90 boarding students from Form I –
Form III, with a new non‐formal class
joining mid‐year. The school aims to
assist girls leverage themselves out of
poverty through providing a quality
academic education, and practical life
