Working within the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for a wide range of HR services, for example, relating to recruitment, contractual changes, attendance management, terms and conditions of employment, discipline and grievance cases.
Ideally, you will have experience of administering policies and processes in a large, complex organisation and a proven ability to maintain both manual and automated office systems.
You will have experience of collating, analysing and presenting data using a range of software packages including word, excel, outlook email and the ability to set up and maintain monitoring systems accurately and efficiently.
With excellent organisational skills, you will be able to work flexibly and under pressure to meet deadlines. A team player, you will have a commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in a friendly and professional manner.
