TEMPORARY FULL-TIME LECTURER

Duties: The successful candidate will be required to: (i) teach food preparation and foodservice and meal management courses (ii) supervise student’s projects in the various levels of Home Economics programmes as need may arise; (iii) participate in all academic and professional activities in the department including research; (iii) carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Applicants must have (i) a minimum of a Masters Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (Home Economic) or related field with a specialisation in Foods and Nutrition including Food Service, or related specialization; (ii) evidence of engagement in research and service. A PhD and teaching experience at a university will be added advantages.
