CLEPA is currently recruiting:
Part Time Experienced Assistant to the Director of the Technical Department

You Main Tasks are

  • Preparing and organizing international meetings and sometimes conferences
  • Typing and mailing of letters, reports, minutes and technical documents etc. (mainly in English)
  • Managing and filing documents
  • Organizing the executives’ diaries and arranging business trips
  • Partly assisting in meetings and elaborate minutes
  • Managing day-to-day business: answering letters, queries from members, etc.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English and French, German language advantageous
  • You have a good educational background, an excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PPT) and you have a first successful experience in a full secretarial function as assistant of a manager
  • You are well organized and capable of working independently; you take initiatives and provide high-qualitative work
