The IAS engages in a range of policy and advocacy activities on behalf of its membership, including promoting knowledge and dialogue onsite at the conferences, as well as promoting dialogue and advocacy for an evidence based response to AIDS in other fora.

The IAS is committed to working across the full range of responses to AIDS and works with industry through the IAS Industry Liaison Forum (IAS-ILF).
