Tajikistan Description of Assignment: The International Consultant on Transport will be to develop and test a land –use/ transport model for Dushanbe, help build capacity to use the model by local land-use and transport planners and researchers and to provide initial support for its use in helping to improve transit corridor and land-use planning.
