Summary of Job Description

• Manage local agent recruitment sales-force
• Organize logistics for agent recruitment
• First point of contact at Tigo for agents in your territory
• Provide reports and local intelligence of market opportunities or competitor activities
• Track and actively manage agent performance in your territory

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Business
• 2 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience
• Bilingual (English/French)
