We are recruiting for our Brussels office:
A part-time Administrative Assistant (50%) as from 1 March 2012

Function

  • administrative and secretarial support
  • organisation of meetings in Belgium and abroad
  • preparation of documents (proofreading, editing, lay-outing)

Profile

  • perfect English (mother tongue level), fluent in French and/or German
  • experience in a similar function
  • good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • team spirit, used to and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
