Vacancy: Country HR Services Manager

Responsibilities: Service Delivery –
•Implement an integrated HR platform of policies, technology and processes in the country consistent with SBS model to support business strategy and achieve operational excellence
•Help in transition of activities to the Shared Service Centre with minimal impact to the services in the country
•Deliver and execute Country HR Operations aligned with global and regional direction & guidelines to support operations effectiveness and ultimately the business growth of Syngenta across APAC
Risk Management & Compliance -
•Ensure compliance with corporate governance and country statutory requirements
•Proactively recognise risk and take appropriate steps to mitigate the same in consultation with the HR Services Head
Budgets -
•Help manage country service delivery costs pro actively and contribute towards meeting the budget goals for the region
People Management -
•Establish and maintain good working and symbiotic relationship with internal customers and external partners
•Manage the HR Service team in the country and groom them to understand and deliver services effectively.
•Provide change management support in business and culture transformation for the SBS transitions

Critical experience
•Strong HR Operations experience in a country or regional role
•Thorough understanding of country legal and compliance legislation related to the HR Domain

•Ability to lead discussions to understand existing HR Operations setup and translate that into effective solutions within the TOM framework.
•Ability to set and defend standards, as well as implementation support delivery
•Ability to operate processes in a timely and defect free manner under significant time pressure.

•Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
