Bloem Water requires a Director: Corporate Services with a recognised Bachelor’s degree, extensive corporate services experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.


Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Ensuring commercial and corporate legal services provision • Overseeing the full Human Resources function of Bloem Water • Managing the full administration function, including security, archive, filing and mail • Driving the Information Technology function of Bloem Water • Managing Human Capital Development • Developing and managing business and strategic plans (Annual Report, Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Shareholders’ Compact and Policy Statement of Bloem Water) • Implementing efficient and effective risk management systems • Preparing the budget and managing expenses • Developing sustainable strategic partnerships.



Requirements
: • Financial management skills • An understanding of legal issues • Sound knowledge of IT systems • Knowledge of administration • Strong ability to operate at strategic level • Report writing skills • An aptitude for forging sustainable partnerships. A postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage.
