PPTA, a biopharmaceutical trade association, seeks a Health Policy Junior Manager to assist in raising the profile of the plasma protein therapeutics industry among senior government officials at the European and national levels:

  • Supporting the successful implementation of the Association’s public affairs and political outreach program in Europe, including the European Parliament and other institutions
  • Working with PPTA’s national level industry groups
  • Advocate for a fair and open sector of plasma protein producers in the best interests of patients and physicians.

A successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

  • Public affairs and political advocacy experience, ideally in the health care or pharmaceutical sector
  • First-hand experience in Brussels-based public affairs and European Commission outreach
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in economics, biology or other life science, or higher public policy qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing; additional languages desirable.
