Regional Human Resource Manager

In order to support and manage the Human Resources issues and systems of the Atlas Copco Egypt regional operations, we are
looking for a professional Human Resources Manager.
The Regional HR manager will be responsible for all Business Areas, and help ensure a common regional approach across
all operations.


Job description / Mission:

- provide and implement people management processes to help us in achieving our
further growth ambitions
- working closely together with the Managers of all Business Areas to support the business strategies
- Develop, implement, coordinate and manage clear and smooth HR policies
- Responsible for development of best practice in organizational development
- Professional Recruitment and selection of the right candidates for all positions
- Manage and closely follow up the Training & development processes
- Prepare and carry out all induction programs for new employees
- Ensure that all new and old employees have the right tools, work environment, and accessibility to allow them to focus on their responsibililty
- Create an IP classification system to ensure that benefits and renumeration are properly and fairly allocated based on grade.
- legal advisory and contact person regarding all personnel matters for management and employees
- Maintain current and complete understanding and ensure organizational compliance of all Country local labor laws
- Follow up on the appraisal system to ensure full utilization and benefit of this important tool
- Ensure that all staff have a confrmed up to date mission and job description
- In charge of the remuneration principles and guidelines of new and existing staff
- Support the BLMs and maintain a full record of the Variable Compensation and commission schemes to guarantee fairness and proper compensation based on effort/results
- Lead the ENPS (employee feedback) program and ensure that our employees are satisfied and fairly treated in their workplace


Experience requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in similar functions with an international organization
- Professional knowledge and competence within all HR functions with special
focus on performance management and people development


Knowledge / Educational requirements:

- University degree (or similar) and professional qualification in HRM
- solid knowledge of all HR processes and labour legislation
- strong PC skills with MS Office and Lotus Notes
- fluency in English and Arabic is a must


Personality requirements:

- HR Generalist with Human Capital vision, direction and leadership to support the Company’s
mission & business strategy
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills and a big interest in people
- Understanding the local culture and work ethics
- Result oriented ready to support the ambitious goals as active part of the Management
- Willing to travel extensively in the region
