Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Regional Manager

Mission:

Your mission is to develop and certify a Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) management system in accordance with ISO and Atlas Copco standard.
You will then manage and lead the SHEQ functions in a manner that protects the Company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through the development and enforcement of safe work practices, continuous improvement quality systems, and environmentally conscious culture.


Job description:

Responsible for preparing a Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality system across our regional operations, in line with the Atlas Copco Group standards.
Start, prepare, organize, lead, and maintain all the steps involving certification on ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001.
Lead the maintenance, management and continuous improvement of the SHEQ management systems
Responsible for the SHEQ strategy development across our operations.
Create a structured and organized process across the region to ensure full legal compliance with the SHEQ scope.
Ensure that enough training is conducted across our operations, so the SHEQ culture is embraced passionately by all our employees.
Organize and maintain all records related to SHEQ system.
Ensure that our regional facilities are kept in accordance with the approved SHEQ system.
Create and lead an organized and evolving structure that ensures the full monitoring of our facilities, the recording of violations, and the solutions implementation.
Follow up on all local government and legal regulations, related to SHEQ.
Act as the main customer liaison and NPS champion to ensure that all customer feedback, escalated claims and complaints are followed-up and solved to reach customer over satisfaction.
Create a continuous improvement culture, by providing feedback, training, and acting as a role model across the region.
Maintains company compliance with local regulations.


Experience requirements:

5 year Manufacturing and Engineering Industry related experience
Experience of implementing and managing the SHEQ Management Systems, especially OHSAS 18001
Computer literacy


Knowledge:

Recent or current knowledge with ISO certification processes and procedures.
Fluency in Arabic is required


Educational requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related qualification

Team player. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Self managed, self-motivated
