IAT Product Marketing Manager UAE and Distributors

Job description:

Reporting to the Industrial Air Regional Business Line Manager, your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development and territory coverage.

Your main mission is to support the sales team within the UAE market, as well as the distributors in the region.
Your mission will also include supports for the Beacon Medaes distributors in the Gulf.


The main responsibilities of the required position are;
Implementation of the Industrial Air Division market strategy
Support our existing sales team and distributors in the Middle East Region with the required sales tools and product knowledge for the Industrial Air Division.
Initiate and follow up of the marketing plans and strategies for the Industrial Air products to ensure achievement of overall divisional business objectives.
Effective introduction of new products within the region.
Interact with Airpower marketing team for effective implementation of divisional business plans and for giving feedback on product trends, competition and market share developments.
Support the sales team and distributor network in their efforts to promote focus products like Measurement box, VSD, Full Feature, Nitrogen generators and Oil free concept.
Support area sales supervisors for Beacon Medaes to ensure smooth operation to reach the NIS values set by the division.
Prepare and develop a periodic training program for the sales team and distributors.
To ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right tools, brochures, CTP and other items needed to ensure their full mobility.
To ensure that our customer centers and distributors have enough stock of machines and is regularly controlled and monitored.
Organize the launch of new products, campaigns, exhibitions, sales trainings and customer days.
Coordinate with the Regional Business Line Manager to define the transfer price levels and create price lists to be in line with the market prices and local GP targets.


Experience requirements:

Previous experience in sales and marketing of compressed air equipment.
Excellent knowledge of all industrial air products range including quality air products. Good knowledge of Beacon Medaes products is an advantage.
Excellent business analysis, planning and organizing skills.
Preferably possesses 2 years experience in a product support environment.


Educational requirements:

Engineering university degree.
Excellent command of English language, written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good presentation skills.
Good teamwork spirit, self motivated and energetic.
Customer service orientation and ability
Ability to perform with good results while working under pressure.
Extensive traveling within the region is required.
Innovative spirit to generate new business ideas for the industrial air division.
Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, propose actions and identify market opportunities.

Company presentation:

The Regional Support Center operating under the legal name & umbrella of Atlas Copco Services Middle East within the Compressor Technique Business Area has started operating as of January 1st, 2003. This Regional Support Center has been created to give both technical & commercial support to our Distributors in the Region as well as to continue developing the business in Saudi Arabia through our existing Customer Center - Atlasco.

In the legal units in the region (Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait), we have a total strength of 300 people.

Territory includes: UAE, Oman, Qatar, Yemen, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
