The Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) administers the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism on behalf of the three donor states Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The FMO is recruiting a Senior Sector Officer to its team working on the 2009 – 2014 funding period. S/he will provide expertise and lead the FMO work on the programme area Public Health Initiatives. S/he is responsible for giving advice during the development and implementation of programme proposals, and the preparation of programme proposals for donor grant decision, as well as facilitating reviews and evaluations of programmes within her/his sector.

The successful applicant has at least 7 years of relevant work experience in public administration, international organization or NGO in programme/project management within the area of public health.
