Job Description:

1. Order processing
• Input of customer’s order lists (MLFBs, quantities and prices) into SAP as requested for SLC’ s order handling guideline
• Administration of contracts, maintenance agreements and commercial logistics as well as filing
• Interface between sales and customers, answering queries from both on stock and shipment or orders
• Prepare requests of payments (down payment / rest payment) from Chinese customers related to relevant contract term, applying all kinds of guarantee (performance bond etc.)
• Handle logistic stuff, such as making purchase order (with signatures according to signature mandate), goods receipt, sending “goods ready / payment request” notice, delivery note, billing etc.
• Deal with customer complaints of any kind (not technical) and contribute/coordinate to solution
• Contract Negotiation

2. Controlling
• Check and control the unbilled costs. ( according to the guideline )
• Follow up the outstanding payment to lower the A/R. ( according to the guideline )

Techniques requirement:

Basic accounting, International trade, Excellent computer skill, especially excel. English language skill, Contract law
