Administrator – Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (Perth, Australia)

The role
The important contribution the Quality and HSSE Administrator makes to our team is to be the support for our Environments team for coordination of our quality management compliance to ISO9001 and ISO17025 standard.

Using your well-developed communication ability to influence outcomes you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating Quality Management System compliance and HSSE needs for Environments WA;
  • Maintaining a central Approved Suppliers list;
  • Co-ordinating and tracking all internal audits;
  • Conducting internal audits;
  • Administering all Environments WA corporate safety initiative;
  • Managing and administering return to work processes and arranging pre-employment medicals;
  • Monitoring and updating the training register and skills matrix.
The person
This is an ideal opportunity for a professional administrator to support the Environments team with a broad range of administration responsibilities. You will have the ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation with high levels of initiative, persuasion and engagement.

You will possess intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office coupled with significant experience working with ISO9001. You are able to show your own initiative and sell your own ideas. Ideally, you will have relevant qualifications and certifications in ISO9001, internal auditing and RTW. Combined with outstanding attention to detail you will have an excellent ideology around customer service and office support which is critical for this position.
