Brand manager, Primary Scotch, Russia

This role will have responsibility to deliver strong business & marketing plan and execution for the Primary Whisky Brands in Russia that will support retain leading position in the market. This role will lead the delivery of marketing plans and performance promise in close co-operation with Marketing manager, Whisky, Russia and in conjunction with overall Whisky portfolio plan led by R&EE Whisky Marketing Manager.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Drive the Primary Scotch brand growth in Russia to deliver 2015 vision.
- Drive the delivery of AOP for Primary Scotch in Russia and own its key measures.
- In conjunction with Marketing manager develop annual GAME plan and own the process locally, ensuring the plan is managed in context of full business cycle, cross-functional team aligned behind it and it is rooted in consumer/shopper insight and external context.
- Build & locally drive effective relationship within cross-functional teams, both internally ( Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance ) and externally (agency partners).
- Drive the consumer / shopper insights development, translate them into powerful ideas and deliver excellent execution across a range of agreed marketing activations.
- Lead proper and constructive M&E across agreed activities and drive s&s within the Consumer Marketing team on those.
- Own performance management for Primary scotch brands and ensure in time and quality reporting against its key measures, including budget management for assigned projects.
- Own the day-to-day business processes and ensure in time and compliant management of those.

- Champion the DMC, RD and compliance.

Purpose of Role

Lead the delivery of Primary Scotch marketing plan and performance and be the key internal interface for Primary Scotch agreed activities / initiatives to:
- Drive growth for Primary Scotch in Russia and lead towards the 2015 ambition
- To implement the Primary Scotch agreed growth drivers and manage the performance delivery.
- Manage the day-to-day point of contact across agreed activation / areas for Primary Scotch internally ( in Russia IMC, R&EE HUB) and externally ( agencies, trade).

Identify issues and opportunities around current Primary Scotch performance and codify the correct growth drivers.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- At least 4 years marketing experience in FMCG company.
- Experience of working with agencies
- Proven excellence in execution
- Managing multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness – experience in Sales or Customer Marketing will be additional advantage.
- Russian and English – excellent level required
