SPECIALIST, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

PAHO/WHO is currently seeking a Specialist, Knowledge Management and Technology in the Planning, Budget and Resource Coordination Office (PBR), in Washington, DC, U.S.A., who will be responsible for coordinating PBR specific knowledge management needs and supporting Organization-wide institutional development-oriented knowledge management, communication, and information technology initiatives.

Minimum requirements for this post are:

  • A bachelor's degree in information sciences, information management, knowledge management, communications or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Seven years of combined national and international experience working in the area of information systems and knowledge management and/or communication projects
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish or English with a working knowledge of the other language.

The salary range for this position is US $56,091.00 - US $60,091.00, net of income taxes (plus post adjustment).
