At Oikocredit International based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a
HR ADVISOR – maternity leave replacement
(28 - 32 hours a week)
Responsibilities
The new colleague will be responsible for most general HR issues regarding the employees of Oikocredit International and one Regional Office, all located in Amersfoort (app. 90).You will advise and guide the employees and managers regarding performance, development, recruitment and absenteeism. You will be, amongst others, responsible for recruitment, selection and introduction of new employees, guiding of frequent and long-term employees and taking care of the training requests. Next to that, you will be responsible for managing several projects, like 360-degree feedback for managers, the absenteeism policy, travel & risk policy and the development of a new Due Dilligence training program. The HR advisor is part of the HR team, next to an HR manager, an HR Officer for the regions and 2 colleagues at HR administration. This is a temporary position, from 18 March till 18 August 2013.
Education and experience
Oikocredit is looking for an experienced candidate with a Bachelor or Master in HR. Someone with strong communicational and organizational skills, and a strong interest in the human resource aspects of an organization. Thorough knowledge of English is essential and computer literacy is required. This position will not require a lot of traveling and will only be a temporary replacement.
