The Digital transformation project is an exciting project currently running within the Marketing & Audiences department to develop a co-ordinated digital plan across M&A. The role offers opportunity for a self-starter to take operational responsibility for a board spectrum of activities across the project. The primary focus for the role is administrative support for the Digital Transformation team, however the successful candidate will be expected to undertake some project duties to ensure the team keeps to deadlines and milestones.

Role

In this role you will provide direct support for the Digital Transformation Project team through strong diary management, meetings preparation and organisation documents in advance of meetings, issuing and managing purchase orders for the team, liaising with the appropriate finance and business representatives and arranging travel and hotels.

Requirements

You will bring proven and effective administrative and diary management skills, alongside experience of running a busy office and team with conflicting demands from senior managers with a demonstrable ability to prioritise.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and adeptness at learning new computer packages is a must, as is experience of handling correspondence and working with figures.
 
You will posses an interest in digital media, marketing, our audiences and the media.
 
Strong numerical skills would be an advantage.
