About Your Job:
As Human Resource Officer, you will provide sound interpretation and application of Human Resource (HR) policies applying a broad base of HR knowledge, judgment and initiative through a collaborative business partner approach. You will manage the HR agenda with a generalist hands on approach supporting 12 stations throughout India.
You will lead the way in defining high level, professional service and deliveries with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters relating to all HR activities within the area of responsibility. You will be accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions with key focus on recruitment, HR policies and processes, performance management, learning & development, HR projects and reporting.
This role is based in Mumbai, India.
About You:
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment to all levels in the organisation.
You will also have the ability to build relationships and work well across all functions and should demonstrate strong customer orientation. Experience in Indian employment law and other government compliance regulations is advantageous as is having direct HR project management experience. You must be able to prioritise and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment whilst communicating a ‘can do’ attitude and positive outlook.
