Digital Resource Manager & Project Coordinator (8-12 month fixed term contract)
Haywards Heath
£24,500 - £28,500 per annum
We currently have a great opportunity to join a recently formed Digital team tasked with supporting Sightsavers in using digital channels to raise funds and influence change.
This role is responsible for managing and policing the new resource and sprint management process, to keep the workflow running seamlessly through the digital and communications department. In addition this role will include assisting in the scoping, management and delivery of assigned digital projects and campaigns, ensuring that the correct processes are planned and implemented to execute digital work.
The successful candidate must be passionate about digital, and will be highly organised, possessing excellent planning and scheduling skills. They will be comfortable working flexibly and independently with minimal supervision and be highly competent at multi-tasking, flagging issues and trouble-shooting.
Experience of project management processes and leading and coordinating meetings is desirable, as is the ability to work well with and inspire the confidence of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of allocating work through a ticketing system is also desirable, as is experience of working with freelancers, including recruiting specialists for project work, writing contracts and terms of reference and maintaining a freelancer database for potential deployment to internal projects.
