Programme Systems Officer

Programme Systems Officer (12-month fixed term contract)
Haywards Heath
£24,000-26,000 per annum 
This role is based in the Programme Systems Team, a unit within Sightsavers’ Programme Operations Directorate.   
The post holder will support the Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to develop, manage and coordinate robust systems relating to programme operations.
The post holder will provide key support to the management including:
  • collation, analysis and dissemination of the global output statistics
  • management of the Annual Project Report and Country Bulletin submissions and related analysis
  • supporting the piloting and roll out of the programme database
  • providing key input to the development of project templates, guidance materials, tools and resources for country office teams.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their success in working with systems and processes, and who has a proven ability to manage complex pieces of work.  You will need to have excellent writing and project management skills, and attention to detail will be of the utmost importance.  Understanding the complexities of project cycle management as well as experience of supporting colleagues in country or regional offices would be an advantage.
