Objective	Overall objective The purpose of this project is to develop a public financial management education, training and development model that will enable and ensure effective delivery of public financial management learning solutions in the National and Provincial government spheres.
Qualifications required:	Qualification and skills A Master’s Degree in education, training and development or a field relevant to this assignment, or an equivalent qualification  At least 10 years’ general experience in the field. In the absence of a Master’s degree, preferably a B. Degree in education, training and development, or related field, or an equivalent qualification, with preferably 12 years’ general experience in the field, will also be acceptable General professional experience Practical knowledge in establishing ETD models, academies, governance structures and quality management systems In depth knowledge of the ETD environment, national qualifications frameworks and outcomes-based education in undertaking feasibility studies, benchmarking exercises and developing business cases Good understanding of the public sector environment and South African experience (or countries with similar ETD structures and processes) will be an advantage Excellent research and publication record in the ETD environment or related field will be an added advantage
