Corporate Services Apprentice (12-month fixed term contract)
Haywards Heath
£12,000 per annum
Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work as part of the Operations Group, within the Finance, Planning and Operations Directorate. The apprentice will be responsible for providing a multi-disciplinary range of services to the organisation. Chief amongst these is the provision of:
Services to supporters and customers across the organisation
  • Day to day responsibility for premises issues in Haywards Heath and liaison with an outsourced premises contractor
  • Provide support to the CEO and Directors: meeting / conference organisation and co-ordination, collation and distribution of documentation for meetings
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Corporate Services Team and communicate with other teams in the organisation
  • Assist teams within the Operations Group with ad-hoc tasks and projects
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, good administration and time management skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
