Desktop Support Technician (12-month fixed term contract)
Haywards Heath   
£18,137 per annum
Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Desktop Technician to join their service desk team, to undertake a variety of first and second line ICT support and maintenance tasks for software and hardware within the global ICT infrastructure. 
Candidates should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have understanding of Windows client Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite in a networked environment, along with excellent problem solving and time management skills.
The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and customer care skills, as well as demonstrable experience of supporting customers in a service desk environment. Any Microsoft and/or ITIL foundation qualification is desirable.
