Communications Manager

Sightsavers are currently seeking a Communications Manager to work under the Policy & Programme Strategy Department and be based in Haywards Heath
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of public communications of our policy and programme work, including digital for Sightsavers where you will collaborate with other communication specialists to ensure coherent messaging about our policies and programmes to a range of audiences.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 3 where your experience and creativity will lead to a high level of communication and digital materials. You will work with communication specialists in the wider organisation and manage significant projects that engage external audiences on our key policy and programme priorities. Experience of developing creative campaign content along with experience of working within a charitable or international development organisation is desirable.
This is an exciting role which will play a key role in ensuring clear digital and content communication’s strategies of our policy and programme work.
