Position: Information Technology Coordinator
Reporting to: Operations Manager with dotted line to Head of IT Head Office & Regional Director

FEED is seeking to fill the position of IT Coordinator to support IT requirements operate efficiently and effectively in the Regional offices. The Coordinator will offer IT support to ensure the offices deliver in line the FEED head office requirements and strategy as expected.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support to teams and building their capacities in IT.
· Provide first line support, network administration &server support as required.
· Provide first line support and troubleshooting for FEED systems.
· Escalate incidents to Operations Manager or local external support contracts appropriately.
· Assist in technical reviews, feasibility studies, design and implementation plans for ICT in programs.
· Perform proactive tasks, application maintenance and management.
· Provide advice and help to FEED ICT internal customers in relation to application, data and business process issues.
· Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems and escalate those that cannot be resolved internally.
· Ensure adherence to organization IT policy standards.
· Prepare IT reports and support offices in the region as and when need arises.
· The successful candidate will be required to manage and maintain IT Systems on a daily basis from the Nairobi offices and work closely with Head office (Oklahoma) and regional teams on IT needs.
Required skills and Experience
· Diploma in Computer science with 5 years’ experience or University degree in Computer Science, IT; relevant working experience preferably with an NGO
· Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Servers and Network communications
· Relevant knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite applications
· Knowledge and ability to handle IT hardware and respond to minor hardware problems;
· Excellent interpersonal skills, to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and culture
· Able to work with minimum supervision, independent, proactive and strategic in approach;
· Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and verbal
· Proven ability and experience in setting up LANs, and telecommunications networks.
· Demonstrated knowledge in Windows Operating System, Database Management, Networking, Reporting, and related Statistical Tools.
· Proven knowledge in systems analysis, design and development of software
· Strong analytical/ problem solving skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
· Excellent training and capacity building skills for the team
· Current Certificate of good conduct/Police Clearance.
· Understanding and ability to cope with Child Protection Policies
