Director of Operations
Full-time (37.5 hours)
London-based, £49,016 plus 9% pension

Could you lead a dedicated and experienced team in providing operational support to challenging and complex programme and policy work? Do you have a proven track record in organisational and team leadership, motivating staff and helping them to develop? Can you help us strengthen our systems, policies and procedures to help us deliver on our mission?
As the Director of Operations, you will be joining our executive management team providing strong organisational leadership to 30+ staff with an emphasis on our culture of participation and reflection. We are seeking someone who has a track record of creating enabling organisational environments.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading our "Core" team, overseeing the effective management of organisational, financial, personnel (HR), information, and office matters ensuring that Conciliation Resources runs efficiently as an organisation and continually develops and adapts to meet new strategic challenges. Solid experience of managing people and improving operational systems is essential, as is five years experience of financial management. A CIMA qualification would be an advantage.
