Candidate requirements:

The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the financial services practice. Providing this support in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that operations are maintained. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, pragmatic and flexible team player who is enthusiastic. Experience of working as an administrative support team player is an asset.

Main responsibilities:

This varied role will consist of providing administrative support including:

1. Provide administrative support to ensure operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner:

• Creating, formatting and delivering presentations and documentation for client assignments in coordination with consulting staff; • Prepare packages for meetings (copies, scanning, binding of presentations, badges,etc.);

• Daily update of client database(e.g. Outlook and Excel format);

• Support the organisation of meetings, event registration, travel and logistics for consulting team members;

• Work closely with Personal Assistant of Financial Services Practice Directors

2. Provide/liaise with support team on administrative support and provide receptionist services when required (greet and assist visitors, answer phone, direct calls and respond to enquiries)

3. Perform other related duties as required

Expected skills & competences:

• An enthusiastic team player with creative flair and flexible attitude

• Very effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise deadlines

• Pragmatic, hands-on and result oriented • An excellent knowledge of MS package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of FileMaker Pro/SharePoint would be an asset.

• Attention to details and high level accuracy

• Stress management skills • Excellent written and spoken skills in English and French

• Ability to work in an international and challenging environment

• 2-4 years proven experience
