The maximum starting salary for the post is £22,971 plus £2,798 London allowance per annum.

Full Time - Permanent

The Timetabling and Bookings Officer has overall responsibility for managing room bookings on the SGUL site, for both academic and non - academic activities. You will be the first port of call for all enquiries relating to room bookings, providing a fast and accurate service to our users.

You will provide academic and student support and liaise with staff and students in relation to all aspects of the work. You will be expected to take an active and proactive role in the development of the timetabling system (Syllabus+) and you will manage the process for collecting teaching timetable requirements from various quarters and ensuring that the appropriate rooms are booked.

You must have the ability to organise complex data.

There will also be the opportunity to assist with administrative support on some projects.

It is essential that you have experience in an autonomous administrative role preferably in the University or NHS sector, and possess excellent IT and organisational skills.
