British Council Rwanda is looking for a qualified individual to fill the post of a 'Registrar'.

The role:

The registrar will manage the smooth running of British Council Rwanda Teaching Centre activities to clients’ and customers’ satisfaction, meeting Teaching Centre quality standards.

Customer Relationship Management: ensuring that the needs of Teaching Centre customers are met to Teaching Centre standards. This includes customer communication and initial complaints handling.
Teaching Centre Administration: procurement of Teaching Centre supplies, support for operation of CAMPUS and registration sessions.
Financial management: reconciliations, accruals, invoicing and debtor management
Qualification, skills & experience:
Financial planning and management
High level of Kinyarwanda and English language (IELTS 7 or above equivalent) skills
At least four years experience of working in a reputable client focussed organisation
University degree
