Vacancy: Business Process Analyst Global Planning

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Business Unit: Crop Protection

Functional area: Sustainable Excellence

Location: CH - Basel

Responsibilities: • Take operational ownership of assigned Syngenta Business Processes and perform all necessary activities to ensure they are running efficiently
• Screen all assigned processes for risks, issues and opportunities for sustainable improvements. Formulate a solution and implement using the Syngenta SBS governance model
• Review problem areas and determine the best solution approach
• Consult and support other BPA's along with Business Process Leads in the identification of process change and improvement needs and to set their priority
• Drive the evaluation and confirmation of technical solutions for the assigned process or process changes
• Ensure the successful delivery of change (build and implement) and sustain change through the Sustainable Excellence ways of working and defined operational processes
Requirements: • University degree (ideally with focus on Business Administration or Informatics)
• At least 3 years of Experience in Supply Chain Planning / Production Planning
• Excellent understanding of business processes in the area of Supply Chain Planning
• Excellent understanding of SAP R3 Planning processes
• Understanding of service and process management best practices and principles
• Good command of the English language, both orally and in writing
• Computer literate to a high extend (SAP, MS Office, Internet, Databases, etc.)
• Experience in Business Process Management work (e.g. in a BPA role)
• Experience in assisting and contributing to the development of business processes
• Experience of working within a multi cultural environment / worldwide team
• Experience in implementation of Supply Chain Planning processes supported by SAP solutions
