You'll interact directly with line management in the business units and geographies on the development of forecast and budget variance analysis, and provide ongoing business assessments and recommended solutions.

    Capital Fall Plan: Conduct de annual Capital Fall Plan for investments and maintenances tasks for Datacenter and facilities on SSA region (Reliability Maintenances, Growth, Security, Optimization, and Office Space requests types).

    Capital Requirements Planning: Coordinate with RESO and IRM teams of each country, the investment, capital requests and maintenance requirements for each DC or facility, to be required in each Quarter. Identify needs detailed in RESO´s action plans on reds in Mgt System, and coordinate with the local IRMs, the requests to local / SSA RESO.


    Business Cases & project feasibility analysis: Develop the presentations of Business Cases, and evaluate their feasibility, based on business needs (pipeline) and SDC capacities (Management System).

    CRB Cycles Submissions: Support the project submissions on each instance of each cycle of CRB. Accompany and support to the follow ups in each instance.

    Capital Release: Coordinate the Capex release for each investment or maintenance approved project in each CRB cycle. Capex are generated by local RESO, and for those projects for Argentina, IRM SSA creates it. The Capex must be submitted and approved in the tool, in the same Q the CRB approved it.

    SDCs leasing projects: Get approvals for third parties space leasing projects and support local IRM teams on business case build out.

    RESO´s Annual Plan: Review RESO´s opex annual plan. Support in the SDC´s square meters cost confection in order to include them in project costs.

    Optimization, Virtualization & Consolidation Business Case Projects: Analyze the feasibility of virtualization and consolidation projects in the countries. Perform business Cases. Get the approvals from LA IRM and LA Finance IRM. Follow the approvals of the Capex.

    Other investment business case : Support other IRM´s business lines, or other competences in making Hardware, Software, Networking or Infrastructure Business cases.

    Project Approval Status Report: Work on monthly LA reports on WWCT approval status, on all CRB approved projects.

    Monthly reports on approved Business Cases: Monthly reports on approved leased and new SDC occupancy status.

    Investments Report: Work on approved investments reports, by SDC, Country requirements type, etc for high Management and Executives.

    SSA SDC Strategic Plan: Work on the SSA strategic five year plan based on growth and business demands.
  • Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 6 months experience in Finance Planning
    • English: Intermediate
    • Spanish: Fluent

    Preferred
    • Basic knowledge in Datacenter Infrascture knowlegdge
