Executive Director CURE Philippines

CURE International is seeking a hospital administrator to fill the position of Executive Director for the CURE Philippines hospital in Davao City, Mindanao. Anticipated construction beginning Winter 2012 with a proposed facility opening date of Fall 2013 of this 20 bed pediatric orthopedic hospital.

Fluency in English required, previous hospital administrative experience preferred. Filipino heritage or cultural understanding strongly preferred. The Executive Director (ED) provides for the operational, financial and spiritual oversight of the hospital and is the primary spokesperson and representative of the hospital in the medical, business and Christian communities and with CURE U.S. headquarters. The Executive Director serves as the primary administrative liaison with the government and non-government entities within the country.

This position is a full-time, long-term role based in the Philippines and is accompanied by a modest salary and comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to relocation assistance, health insurance, reasonable housing provisions and retirement contributions among other.
