TOWARDS A GREENER DAVOS INITIATIVE
The World Economic Forum is seeking 7 temporary employees to assist in the organization and running of the Towards a Greener Davos initiative at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters in January 2012. This initiative aims to actively lower the carbon dioxide emissions that are directly generated by the over 2,500 participants and staff travelling to the Meeting from Zurich and within Davos-Klosters.
You are dynamic, hard working, adaptable and flexible. You are willing to help run this initiative by delivering accreditations to vehicles complying with CO2 norms and raising awareness of the drivers on environmental concerns. You are willing to contribute your knowledge, resourcefulness, professionalism and positive attitude throughout an intense and extraordinary week-long Meeting. You are also motivated and able to work in a team, outdoors, and capable of dealing with unexpected situations, pressure and stress. You will experience the tremendous learning opportunity presented by this unique global gathering, which brings together the world’s top business, political and other leaders.
Currently a student, you speak fluent English and German/Swiss German and are available to work in Davos-Klosters or Zurich from Wednesday 18 January to Monday 30 January 2012, inclusive.
